Paul Clark – Group Managing Director
Paul is co-founder and Managing Director of Penta Consulting Ltd, which was established in 1998 as a specialist IT recruitment company. Today Penta is one of the UK’s leading providers of ICT staffing solutions both here in the UK and globally. More recently and following a rigorous personal interview by judges from Ernst & Young and Coutts Bank, Paul was short listed for the London Entrepreneur of the Year award. Prior to setting up Penta, Paul spent two years with a large recruitment firm MSB. It was during this time that he met his business partner Richard Wilson and together they decided to set up a recruitment business with a difference and that difference was its customer centric approach. |

Richard Wilson – National Accounts Director
Richard is a dynamic sales professional who co-founded Penta Consulting in 1998, with Paul Clark, and was instrumental in making Penta Consulting one of the UK’s leading providers of ICT staff. Richard has more than ten year’s experience in the banking and financial IT recruitment industry. During this time, he has managed a personal contract base of over 60 consultants, of which 50 were at one client, and has set up and successfully run our professional services / ‘niche’ banking division which turns over in excess of £10 million pa. Richard has a very successful background in sales which continues to be his niche market. In addition, Richard has a wide network of clients and long term relationships within the industry. |

Jamie Sobrany – Managing Director Telecommunications
Jamie heads up Penta’s Global Telecoms Division. With ten years' experience of supporting ICT and business needs Jamie initially focussed on the fixed line market Data, Voice and Transmission. More recently he has specialised in Wireless Networks. Positions held within the markets ranged from senior consultant understanding both the market and technical environment for both major Telco clients and contractors. Jamie has been instrumental in building Penta's global partnerships and offices and his experience has enabled him to grow our dedicated telecoms delivery team and a very strong telecoms global database. |

Adrian O'Connor – Managing Director IT
Adrian is a recruitment professional with over 12 years’ experience of delivering high quality, specialised staffing solutions. He joined Penta in 2010 as Managing Director of the IT recruitment business and is responsible for leading a mix of contract and permanent teams. In this role he is able to draw on his very extensive experience in service delivery, fulfilling a wide range of recruitment mandates and proven management and leadership skills. Adrian remains very client focused, concentrating on winning business, ensuring delivery and driving performance. |

Ian Storrier FCCA Group Finance Director
Ian joined Penta as Financial Director in August 2007. A certified accountant by training Ian has a strong track record in helping businesses to develop by providing proactive accountancy services for a number of people based businesses in the construction and FM sectors. In addition to the accounting and finance functions Ian also has responsibility for legal, insurance and management information systems and company secretarial responsibilities. |

Nicky Iandoli - Director IT Permanent
Nicky heads up the Permanent Division at Penta and has a successful ten year track record in permanent placement supporting ICT and business recruitment needs. He has been at Penta Consulting for eight years and provides exceptional stability within his division. Nicky has outstanding leadership skills combined with a passion for quality service and client satisfaction. He has excellent contacts within the staffing industry and a great deal of knowledge across a wide range of technologies and sectors. Nicky was instrumental in setting up Penta’s Public Sector team. |

Peter Collins - Managed Services Sales Director
Peter has been working in the IT recruitment industry for over ten years. During this time, he has managed a personal contract base of over 50 consultants. Peter has excellent communication and customer relationship skills and is highly skilled at managing his account teams, organizing and prioritizing work schedules, managing account performance and service levels and delivering a values driven approach to account management and customer care. |

Andy Crouch - Director Telecommunications Permanent
Andy joined Penta in 2000 as a trainee consultant specialising in permanent placement. Within two years he was promoted to a senior consultant role and in 2003 he earned himself the company’s top accolade for outstanding performance. Andy was appointed a director in 2008 and currently heads up the permanent telecoms division. |

John Foley - Non Executive Chairman
John is Penta’s first non executive director and the senior management team is delighted to have him on board. John is a qualified Barrister and Chartered Accountant who has served on the Boards of a number of private and public companies ranging from radio stations to foundry groups. He was Chief Executive of MacLellan Group plc (a provider of facilities management services) from 1994 to 2006. When he joined that Group in October 1994 it employed just 60 people but it was developed into a group employing 15,000 people and turning over £230 million when it was sold to Interserve Plc in June 2006 for £120 million. John has recruitment industry experience since he served on the board of Lorien plc until its sale in 2007 and he is currently a director of Servoca Plc. |

Robert Harverson Non Executive Director
Robert has a very successful background in the construction industry and has been personally involved with Penta as a major financial backer since the inception of the company in 1998. Penta has benefited from his extensive business background and from his ability to see Penta from the outside. Robert has made a major contribution to the success of Penta over the past twelve years and continues to do so in a non executive capacity. |
